ALLEGED INFRINGEMENT OF AMATEUR LAWS. Received January 15, 8.10 a.m. VIENNA, January 14. The Hungarian Swimming Association has suspended Halmay for failing to attend and answer questions regarding alleged infringements by him of the amateur laws.
