Barrier Unions has applied to Mr Justice Higgins for rule nisi to restrain the ; Proprietary Company from continu- i ing the lock-out uutil the matter comes before the Federal Arbitration Court. Justice Higgins was not satisfied that a case for an injunction had been made out. The Proprietary Company might, apart from the industrial dispute, be closing down for business reasons. He granted a rule nisi, returnable on January 22nd, in order to give the Company a chance of showing cause.
