MURRAY'S GENUINE SALE.
OP HIGH-CLASS STOCK. Fast experience has gone to prove that the periodica! sales held by Mr J. L. Murray have proved a great money saving time for economical shoppers. The prices have invariably been cut far below actual cost, and a little money was sufficient to attract a big parcel of superior goods. In an advertisement appearing on page 6 of this issue, Mr Murray makes the candid admission that he wants money, and explains in the advertisement how he intends to get it. The whole of the first grade seasonable stock in the Exchange Buildings is to be sold in double quick time, and in order to realise this object prices have been reduced to absolutely half the original price. The lines set out in the advertisement in which the original and sale prices are clearly set out, are worthy of the closest perusal, as indicating the inducements that are being offered to the public to shop at the Exchange Buildings during the sale period. The windows are now attractively dressed with various leading lines, and a gaslight display will be made every evening during the period over which the sale extends.
