A GERMAN CABLE.
FROM HANOVER TO BRAZIL. Received January 13, 9 a.m BERLIN, January 12. The first section of the German cable to Pernambuco, Brazil, will be laid from Borkum to Teneriffe, the second then to Monrovia in 1909, and the third from Monrovia to Pernambuco early in 1910.
