EXCHANGE OF SITES.
The communication from the Justice Department regarding the Cabinet's agreement to exchange the Queen street site for the Dixon and Hall i3trcet sites and £IOO was read at the meeting of the Trust Land.s Trustees last evening. General satisfaction was expressed at the conclusion of the lengthy negotiations with the Department. \ resolution, moved by Mr H. C. Robinson, was carried unanimously, that the Trustees were pleased at the prompt consideration accorded to the Trusses' latest offer, and the Trustees w >uld be pleased to hear that legislative sanction was given to Cabinet'j decision at an early date.
