By Telegraph—Press Association UIRISTCHURCH, January 4.

Early this morning Thomas Marietta, builder and joiner, Moorhouse Avenue, was found by his wife lying dead in a workshop adjoining his house. The deceased left home on Sunday at 4 p.m., and not returning that night his wife waited up for him, and at last decided to look in the workshop. Dr Talbot was sent for.
