RONGOKOKAKO NOTES.

(From Our Own Correspondent). Monday. The wet weather during the last week or so has freshened up the grass wonderfully in the district. The milk supply has been appreciably increased. Mr J. Hare is having a considerable area of land stumped. Mr Falkner has put a considerable area of new land in crop this season. The bush has now been down long enough to allow stumping to be profitably carried out, and each year will see an improvement in regard to winter feed for the cows. The local factory is shipping 85 cases of cheese to England this i week.
