LOCKOUT TO BE DECLARED. PROPRIETARY MINES AFFECTED. Received December 30, 10.5 a.m. SYDNEY, December 30. The combined unions of Broken Hill have decided that the existence of a lockout in the Proprietary Mine shall be recognised as from tomorrow night. The decision will also apply to all other companies attempting to reduce the rate of wages.
