Received December 28, 8.25 a.m. CARACAS, December 27. The.revolution General Gomez has been completed withuut the shedding of blood. Former revolutionaries have been urged to return, and political prisoners have l.een liberated. The boundary dispute with Colombia has been settled. "KILL THE SERPENT." Received Dacember 28, 10.10 p.m. CARACAS, December 28. It is reported in Venezuela that Castro has telegraphed to the ringleaders of the conspiracy to kill the serpent, crush its head, and terrorise Caracas. The cablergam is likely to form the basis of a criminal impeachment, and an attempt will be made to secure the extradition of Castro.
