Mr Murray Macdonald, member for Falkirk Burghs, and other Radicals are pressing Mr Asquith for a further declaration regarding the two-Power standard, with a view to minimising the expenditure.

The Welsh Radicals threaten secessionfrom the Government party in revenge for the Prime Minister's failure to enforce disestablishment of the Church in Wales.

PARLIAMENT WILL PROROGUE ON MONDAY.
