Kershaw, intimated to the Management Committee that on June 30th,. 1909, he would have completed twenty years' service, and that he 1 was desirious ot retiring from office at that time. The committee expressed its deep regret thac Bro. Kershaw purposed resigning, and it was resolved that nominations be invited from the lodges for the office, and that the District Committee be requested to provide that the Prov. C. S. elect be installed in office on July? 10th."
