That *the said Castle Point County Council hereby call upon all persons affected or likely to be affected by the taking of the said land, to set forth in writing any well-grounded objection or objections to the taking of the said lands for the purposes aforesaid, and to send such objection to the said Castle Point County Council Offices at Tinui within 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice.
