The following are the leading bowling and batting averages to date in connection with the Senior competitions of the Masterton Thursday Cricket Association and the Wairarapa Cricket Association, respectively : j
The following will represent the W.F.C.A. Cricket Club in the match with the Rivals, on the Park Oval today:—A. Caseiberg, Swan, Rothenberg, Congdon, Hall, Welch, Phillips, Moorhouse, |McGinnity, Smith, Robertson; emergency, Pragnell. The following will represent the United Seniors in a match against the Cavlton Club, at Masterton, on Saturday:—E. Hooper, A.J. Walker, A. H. Rothenberg, A. Caselbere;, S. Kingdon, J. Waters, E. Warner, T. Jones, J. Duggan, J. O'Leary and A. J. Congdon. In the Junior match, United v. Carterton, to be played at Carterton on Saturday next, United will be represented by the following:—T.
