THE "ORION" RANGE.
ECONOMY AND SATISFACTION
COMBINED. One of the worst and complete mistakes that can be made by houseowners is that of buying and installing an inferior range. In the first place the repair account will quickly mount up/to more than the original cost, whilst the waste in fuel consumption—which simply means waste of cash—can never be estimated. A range that will fill the heart of the ambitious housewife with joy, and which is guaranteed to bake more quickly, perfectly, and with less fuel than any other range, is the "Orion." The scientific principles of construction provide absolute regularity of heat in the ovens, and the draught is so perfectly under control that the fire can be changed from smouldering embers to a fierce heat in a few minutes. An "Orion" range will do the cooking for a family of ten at a cost for fuel of about three shillings per week. For a combination of quick heating and economy of fuel the "Orion" is unexcelled. Messrs H. E. Shaddock, Ltd., Dunedin and Auckland, are the manufacturers, and the ranges are sold by all ironmongers.
