' WALLABIES" DEFEAT ANGLOWELSH TEAM.
LEAGUE TEAM DEFEATED BY HALIFAX.

LONDON, December 5. "The Wallabies," by 3 goals and a tries (15 points) defeated the AngloWelsh team, who failed to score. The latter had a strong forward team, but several of the best outsiders were absent owing to the County championships.
Halifax met and defeated the League Team by 3 goals and 2 tries to the League's 1 goal and 2 tries. Halifax's goals were scored in the second half from penalties due to the Leaguers' rough play. O'Malley was ordered off the field for deliberate obstruction.
