NAVAL CONFERENCE AT
LONDON.
A HAGUE AGREEMENT
RATIFICATION DESIRED.
LONDON, December 6
Earl Grey, in opening the International Naval Conference at London, described the object as being to assure the success of the Prize Court Convention drafted at The Hague, which if firmly established would remove m?ny of the difficulties hitherto potential causes of international difference.
The agreement would do something to draw nations closer together.
