WELLINGTON HOSPITAL.
APPOINTMENT OF DR. EWART'3 SUCCESSOR. By Telegraph—PreSS Association. WELLINGTON, December 4, Dr. Harwick Smith, who has been in practice for some time at Christchurch, has been appointed to succeed Dr. Ewart as medical - superintendent of Wellington Hospital. There were 28 applicants. Dr. Smith holds very high English credentials as physician and surgeon. He is 31 years of age.
