ARMENIANS AND JEWS VOTE WITH TURKS. GREEKS DISSATISFIED. Keceived December 2, 0 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, Dec. 1. The Turkish elections under the new Constitution are proceeding. Armenians and Jews are voting solidly with the Turks throughout Constantinople. The Greeks alone are dissatisfied. They allege irregularities. The election in Jerusalem proceeds quietly.
