A LONDON PROPOSAL. Received November 26, 9 a.m. LONDON, November 25. Thti executive of the British Em pire League has appointed a committee, including Mr Herbert Samuel (Under Secretary to the Home Office), Sir John Cockbum, Admiral SirE. Fremantle, Sir Westby Perceval, and Sir Frederick Young, to promote a London memorial to Captain Cook.
