IDENTIFYING IMPORTED MEAT. Received November 26, 8.40 a.m. LONDON, November 25. In the House of Commons a Bill, introduced by Mr William Field, M.P. for St. Patrick's, Dublin, providing methods for identifying all imported meat— whether fresh or frozen—thereby ensuring that such meat shall not be sold as native produce, was read a first time.
