INCENDIARISM AT DARGAVILLE.

By Telegraph—Press] Association. DARGAVILLE, November 23. On Saturday night a fire broke out in an apartment attached to the ladies' waiting room of the Dargaville railway station, the circumstances pointing clearly to incendiarism. Constable Thompson, who was early on the scene, secured a bundle of charred consignment notes saturated with kerosene. There is a strong suspicion here that the fire which occurred at Dargaville on Sunday, the 15th inst., and which *destroyed a valuable Diock of buildings, may be due to the same miscreants, to trace whom every effort is being made. The hope is generally expressed that a public inquiry will be held, and the cause of the outbreak' be thoroughly sifted.
