A WARNING. fReceived November 13, 8.55 a.m. LONDON, November 12. The opposition to the proposed Education Bill compromise is increasing, both from Nonconformists and Churchmen, despite a warning by Mr Walter Runciman, President of the Board of Education, that there would be no hope of legislation during this Parliament if the present opportui.ity passes. The Rev. Dr Clifford declares that the statutory right of entry into council schools, or allowing of head teachers to become church officers, is inadmissible.
