GOVERNMENT OF IRELAND.
Received November 13', 8.55 a.m. LONDON, November 12. The Marquis of Lansdowne, who was a member of the Balfour Government, addressing the Junior Constitutional Club, said the government of Ireland was administered with the object of deliberately sacrificing and humiliating a loyal minority. The natives of India, he said, were bound to note the way in which lawlessness was allowed to go unpunished in Ireland.
