SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS.

Moss, candidate for Parnell, after reference to a specific case of alleged bribery in connection with licensing matters, said: —"As a result of the investigation of myself and my friend, not only in the case referred to by me, I have collected evidence which will incriminate, besides a number of minor officials, Justices of the Peace, two rfeturning officers and two Resident Magistrates." A public meeting here asked for a Royal Commission of Investigation.
