INTERNATIONAL NAVAL CONFERENCE.
LAWS OF MARITIME WARFARE. Received November 4, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, November 3. The King has appointed the Earl of Desart plenipotentiary to the International Naval Conference, opening in London on December Ist, to discuss the laws of maritime warfare. The conference is the outcome of proposals made at The Hague for th e establishment of an International Prize Court.
