.NEW ZEALAND'S REQUEST FOR
A VESSEL.

LONDON, November 3
In the House of Commons Major Seely, replying to Mr J. B. Lonsdale, declared that the Government was anxious tu facilitate New Zealand's wishes in regard to acquiring an Imperial vessel for naval training purposes. He was again in communication with the Admiralty on the matter.
