A GREAT FACTOR IN LONDON'S LIFE. COMMENT BY "THE TIMES." Received November 1, 4.5 p.m. LONDON, October 31. "The Times" regrets the closing of the Franco-British Exhibition, which it considers has been a great factor in London's life. "The Times" advises the re-opening of the Exhibition in 1909, since a real demand for such an entertainment exists.
