NEW MINISTRY FORMED.
MELBOURNE, October 31. Sir Thomas Bent has succeeded in forming a new Ministry, tha personnel of which is as follows : Sir Thomas Bent—Premier, Treasurer, and Minister of Railways. Mr J. M. Davies, M.L.C.—At- . torney-General and SolicitorGeneral. Mr J. E. Mackey—Chief Secretary and Minister for Labour. Mr D. M'Leod— Minister for Mines and Forests. Mr Hunt—Minister for Lands. Mr Downward—Minister for Water Supply and Agriculture. Mr M* Bride—Minister for Public Works and Healths Messrs Boyd, Robertson, and Payne^—Honorary members. The new team is more representative ol country interests than the old one was.
