TO DEPOSE THE SULTAN OF TURKEY.
CONSTANTINOPLE, October 30. There is an impression that the Young Turks are massing a new garrison of Anatolian troops at Constantinople in order to overawe the Sultan's Albanian Guards, and replace the Sultan Abdul Hamid by his brother Suleiman.
