A HOUSE PARTLY WRECKED. INMATES ESCAPE UNINJURED. Received October 28, 11.35 p.m. LONDON, October 28. A bomb outrage is reported from Tipperary, Ireland. A bomb was placed in the vicinity of the residence of Mr O'Mullane, a landowner at Templemore, in Tipperary. The explosion partly wrecked the house. The inmates escaped uninjured.
