THE FRENCH BUDGET.
REDUCTION OF SALARIES OF TREASURERS. Received October 28, 8.3 a.m. PARIS, October 27. The French Chamber of Deputies, during a debate on the Budget proposals, resolved to again ask the Minister for Finance to reduce the credit for the salaries of treasurers of departments.
