FACTORIES FOR IRELAND.
NEW YORK, October 23. As the result ol representations made by Mr John Redmond, chairman of the Irish Parliamentary party, who is at present on a mission to the United States, and owing to the British Patents Act, there is a prospect of several American manufacturers starting factories in Ireland.
