EXPECTED TO BE ISSUED NEXT WEEK. BY TKLEGBAI'H—PRESS WELLINGTON, October 23. It is expected that the writs for the General Election will fte issued next week. DUNEDIN, October 23. The Prime Minister informed a "Times" reporter to-night, that nothing definite had been decided about the issue of the writs, but they would be issued about the end of next week or the beginning of the following week. Nominations will close on November 9th.
