THE JENA DISASTER.
RESIGNATION OP A MINISTER. i Received October 20. 9.30 p.m. PARIS, October 20. In the French Chamber of Deputies, M. Delcasse accused M. Thomson, Minister of Marine, of being responsible for the disaster to the battleship Jena. ' Despite M. Thomson's energetic defence the ChamLer adopted a resolution deploring the regrettable negligence shown, but expressed confidence in the Government as a whole. M. Thomson thereupon resigned.
