To-day was the last opportunity of making claims in connection with the Sunshine railway disaster. Altogether fifty cases have listed, and the total claims amount to £75,.00 Q.

The Congress adopted a resolution regretting the death of Sir Thomas Fitzgerald, and appreciating his seVvices to the profession and science.
