THE TIME LIMIT. Received October 17, 8.0 p.m. LONDON, October 17. Mr H. W. Bottomley's amendment of the Licensing Bill to make the time limit 21 years was negatived by 287 to 119. (The Right Hon. L. Harcourt's amendment bringing "off and on" licenses under the time limit was carried.
