At the wool sales there has been a good sale, and the market has a hardening tendency. There has been catalogued to date 137,295 bales, and sold 124,618. The following were the average prices realised for the fleece portions of the clips named:—Rakaiata, 6|d; Kekerangu, BJd; Okirae, 6£d.
