The Foxton correspondent or the "Mwiawatu Times" states that at a meeting of electors at Foxton, addressed by Mr Frankland to-night, a resolution was carried, on the motion of Mr Henessy, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce,' urging that the vacancy in the Cabinet should be filled by a North Island representative, and that no one was more deserving that Mr A. W. Hogg, M.P.
