A RAILWAY STRIKE.
RESOLUTIONS OF RAILWAY MEN. ißeceived October, 4 130 p.m. LONDON, Octobers. Router states that the men on the section of the Paris-Lyons-Mediterranean railway Btruck, owing to the dismissal of two conveners of a meeting of railway men, which resolved to desert or refuse to serve in wartime, to oppose the transport of troops to .the frontier in wartime, and to favour general strikes in peace time. The meeting was he\d at the instance of the Railwaymen's National Syndicate.
