PROHIBITED IMMIGRANTS.
INDIANS FINED,
Received October 4, 4.30 p.m. PRETORIA, October 3. The seventy-six Indians who were arrested, as prohibited immigrants, at Komati Poort (a pass near the eastern border of the Transvaal, through which the railway now runs from Portuguese Delagoa Bay, the chief port of entry to the Transvaal), have been finnd £25 each, in default two months' imprisonment.
