LONDON, September 29. Germany and Austria-Hungary have not only protested ai>dinst Bulgaria's occupation of the Orient Railway, but also demanded its restoration.
•The Bulgarian Government states that.it is unable to withdraw from its position, but reiterates its willingness to safeguard the company. lltiiS(Undirstood that Turkey is willing to submit the railway question to arbitration by the H igue Tribunal.
