MOTOR-CAR CONTEST.
SEVERAL ACCIDENTS. • Received September 25, 8.40 a-im. LONDON, September 24.' Thirty-six competitors started in a power 4-inch cylinder motorcar contest at the Isle of Man, the distance of the course being 338 miles, to determine thti highest speed ;attainable on an unlimited donsuraption ot fuel. Ten ambulance stations have been established at different points along tthe route, anri there are several doctors on duty. Already several accidents have (occurred.
