The annual report stated that there was&foredit balaraaetof £471, and it was decided to offerl£or competition at the .Manawatu and West Coast A. and P. Association's .•Show in 1910.a haadsosne trophy for the best purebred Hereford bullock, calved sinee ( June 30th, 1908. I It waa further agreed! itihat a simt-, lar trophy.should be oifitered in 1911 for the best purebred Hereford shop , bullock,, and another trop% in 1912 ! for the heaviest purebred Hereford bull»>ck 'live weight. The following officers w<eee elected for the ensuing year:—President, Mr J. MeGreg«r VicePreside, Mr F. J. Arbuw i(Pohangina). The vacancies in the .Council will be filled by Messrs D. P, Buchanan, \Q. €. Wheeler, and A. C. Morton.
