BRITISH FAIR PLAY.
ATTACKED BY AMERICAN ATHLETES. Received September 24, 8.45 p.m. NEW YORK, Sept. 24. , The Irish-American athletes, who competed at the Stadium have circularised every American College at tacking British fair play at the recent Olympic games. Judge Dowling, of the Supreme Court, Mr James Sullivan, and Mr Conway, president of the IrishAmerican Athletic Club, attended a dinber at New York, and denounced the British unfair play. Mr Sullivan declared that the Liverpool policemen wore prepared shoes for the tug of war competitions.
