BOMBS AND DYNAMITE SEIZED. EIGHTY-FIVE ARRESTS MADE. Received September 18, 8.20 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, September 17. The police have discovered a tavern frequented by male and female students. Three bombs and half a hundredweight of dynamite were seized and eighty-five arrests made.
