THE EUCHARISTIC CONGRESS.
Received September 18, 1.10 a.m. LONDON, September 17. Reuter's Rome correspondent states that the Vatican denies that any resentment is felt against the British Government owing to the prohibiton of the carrying .of the Host in the Eucharistic procession. , The Pope and other dignitaries state that they quite understand the cause of the prohibition, and exp-ess great satisfaction at tbe liberty granted to the Congress.
