TIMBER CARGO DUPLICATED. ! BY TELEGRAM PBESB ASSOCIATION. NAPIER, September 16. All hope/of the Aeon turning up having been abandoned, Cranby and Co. have arranged for a duplicate order of Oregon pine. The steamer is now loading at Vancouver, and is expected to arrive in the Dominion in about six weeks. Received September 17, 1 a.m. SYnNEY, September 16. A cable from Honolulu from Captain Marama reports that there is no sign of the Aeon. The signals recently seen at Sunday Island are therefore considered to be insignificant.
