J The plaintiff (a farmer) was awarded £450 damages in the suit , brought by him against the Freeman and Wallace Medical Institute. The jury added a rider urging that ] measures should be taKen by legislation or otherwise to suppress all , such pernicious institutions as the i one in question. A cablegram published yesterday morning stated that Mr Justice Cohen in the Sydney Supreme Court in summing up in this action made some very strong remarks concerning the methods adopted by the Freeman and Wallace Institute.
