The "Kolnicshe Zeitung" (published in Cologne), publishes a statement by its Berlin correspondent, who affirms that the German Minis ter at Tangier, while showing that Ermiki's arrest has been interpreted in many quarters as an Azizist succasj, i itin-ited that he is unable to demand Ermiln's release, inasmuch as he is not a German protege.
