TWO STEAMERS SUNK. FOURTEEN SAILORS MISSING Received September 12, 4.30 p.m. LONDON, September 12. According to Rio de Jr.neiro newspapers the British steamers Spartan and Prince from New York were tuiik in collision off Ceara. Fourteen of the crew are missing. Ceara is the capital of the province of the same name on the north coast of Brazil. The population of Cear.< is 40,000.
